Lisa Howe, the Director of Preservation for Goody Clancy, has over 20 years of experience in all phases of the construction process. Lisa is the Project Manager for the Rehabilitation of Thompson Hall. She has been responsible for a wide range of projects covering almost every architectural period and a wide diversity of building types. Lisa was the Technical Specialist for the exterior restoration of the Massachusetts State House. The $45 million dollar restoration addressed over 200 years of building materials and repairs to marble, granite, cast iron, slate, copper and wood. Lisa has been an integral member of the Goody Clancy team working on H. H. Richardson’s Trinity Church in the City of Boston. She was responsible for documenting all conservation recommendations and served as project manager for the exterior renovation of the church tower. She also developed the construction documents for the interior mural restoration and authored the 30-year conservation plan that identified and prioritized the recommended work on every element of the historic building, including furniture.
